apples and Ham

My daughter and granddaughter had spent this last weekend with me.
Together we made Carmel apple cinnamon nut rolls. mmmmmmm,
can you say delicious.  Yes this tasty treat is defiantly a wonderful
fall desert.

       HERE'S THE RECIPE:
In bowl mix 1 1/2 cup flour, and 1 TBLS yeast
In a pan heat 1 1/4 cup milk,  1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, and
1/4 cup butter till warm and butter begins to melt then add to dry ingredients
along with an egg.  Beat 3 minutes on high.  Add 2 1/2 cups more
flour by hand kneed for 8 minutes let rise till doubled in a bowl rubbed
with a little oil and covered with a dish towel.
When ready punch down and roll out on a floured surface.
spread a little butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
spread apple pie filling on. Note: apples should be coarsley chopped
add some chopped walnuts, and roll. cut and place in pan and bake for
25 minutes in 350 preheated over.
Cool and drizzle with carmel sauce
TO MAKE CAREMEL SAUCE:
Heat 6 TBLS. butter in sauce pan with one cup sugar till
golden brown color ( becareful not to scorch) Add 1/2
cup cream mix in.



We  also got two new additions to the farm meet cupcake and oreo
                        
                            

       Are they not the cutest little piglettes.
                My granddaughter got right in there with them, but
when they started making their little piggy grunts  she wasn't at all sure about them.  But shes quite the little country girl  she was back 

to making friends with them.  
  here she is again. Miss Grace  (Shes also a ham. she asked for this picture) lol.
